<description>Personally I think that the man, Spike Lee is a genius. I love anything by him and have recently purchased a copy of his film Bamboozled on DVD (knowing that it will most probably never make on BBC television). When I watched the film I shed tears throughout. It's a portrayal of an appalling injustice and fundamentally a tragedy. I think people who think that it was a comedy missed the whole undercurrent intellectual message of that very important film. Bamboozled, together with Malcolm X, and Mo' Better Blues are his best films to date.

I live in London and have yet to see 'When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts. I am waiting to see if it is released on DVD so I can support the great man.

Take care
