I think at first glance it could be easy to write of this film as some tatty straight-to-video comedy, a mighty ducks for 2006. There's a couple of things that are going to totally set 'Balls of Fury' apart from the crowd.

1 – It's directed by Ben Garant and written by Thomas Lennon, the stars and creators of one of the funniest tv shows of recent years, Reno 911, if you don't know it check out this (Garant is the one with the glasses), and also this (Thomas Lennon)

2 – It has Walken in it looking like he's in a drag stage-play version of 'Crouching Tiger'

3 – It seems like its stolen the set's from 'Commando', the plot from 'Karate Kid' and the sweet tournament action of 'Bloodsport' and 'Best of the Best'.

I have a good feeling.
