As I mentioned yesterday the trailer for ‘Inland Empire’ was released, but prior to that I had been reading about Lynch pulling his own brand of publicity stunt. I had been trying to find some video of it for a while, i’d seen a couple of photos, but then finally our good friend Mike from Visible Monsters, pointed us in the right direction.

He sat there all day apparently.

I’m going to reserve judgement on what I think this film will be like, some Lynch stuff i’ve loved, some i’ve hated. The one thing I do notice though is with many people there’s no middle ground when it comes to his films, they either love them, or, hate them with a passion. I think that’s a good thing, a filmmaker that can actually initiate an strong emotional response from people is becoming quite the rare commodity. Although saying that after learning there was going to be a 3rd!!! ‘Santa Clause’ movie, I started self-harming.
