$25 million for Chris ‘Who the Fuck am I?’ Tucker to star in this and the already-in-production fourth movie. $25 million to get that no-talent one-trick bad-Michael-Jackson-impersonating screeching asshole back on the screen.
Jackie Chan has entertained me enough throughout his extensive career, and broken enough bones in his body for me to forgive him anything, but Chris Tucker has done nothing but screech his way through movies that were otherwise enjoyable… and also… $25 MILLION!!.
I hear you, but what about ‘Friday’? A class film, and a Tucker high point. “Break yourself fool!!”
Haha, yeah. personally, I can barely watch Jackie Chan it American movies though. He can’t act, is awful at comedy and his english is really bad. I’d rather watch Tucker, although I know I’m in a minority there!
Friday is good.. but it’s a glimmer of hope in an otherwise crappy career…
I agree about a large amount of Chan’s English speaking movies, but you need to go back and watch ‘Drunken Master II’ and the first ‘Police Story’, the guys a legend.
