Vice Magazine TV, VBS.tv
Vice Magazine, I read it, and I like it. Sometimes the “check out how cool we are, we hate everything” attitude bugs me, but most of the time its a good read. While not strictly film-related their new online tv channel does have documentary elements in it and the channel as a whole is being art-directed by Spike Jonze. It’s a great time-waster, just check out their short travel doc about the Gun-markets of Pakistan(above) “the most dangerous part of the world” to see what I mean.

argh! the video (which was really interesting in a scary kind of way) shows up fine here, but when i go to vbs.tv none of their videos work!
Hmmm.. might be something to do with your flash player version, it made me install flash 9 before I could watch anything through their site, if you have flash player 9 installed it could be the security settings on it….
