I loved ‘Children of Men’ it’s just a great film. Out of all the films that were released last year I think ‘Children’ will be one of the ones we’re still talking about in 20 years. Anyway before I start banging on about how great it is again, i’ll skip to the point of this post…

One of the reasons I love DVD is that with all the extras they pack onto the discs you can really get a good feel of what went into the film and how much effort was applied by the film makers to make their vision come to fruition. All the minute details that might pass you buy on-screen and are actually pretty cool to see up close. I’m sure that this will be on the dvd (Due out March 19th in the UK, 28th in the US) but ‘Foreign Office’ a uk based design firm worked on the adverts that you see playing in the background of some scenes; sport coats for cats, viagra-style products and the ‘Quietus’ product used to self-euthanize…
