They’ve finalised the North American ‘Daywatch’ poster
I reported a while back about a bunch of U.S ‘Daywatch’ posters that hit the web, and the fact that people were voting for their favourite version through the comingsoon forums. So it looks like they’ve decided on one, and then gone ahead and mashed it up…to look less creepy… and more like the monster squad (speaking of which, its coming to dvd middle of July) .. or perhaps the MR.T cartoon.
I don’t hate it but I preffered it when the entire cast wasn’t on the poster. Why can’t studio people resist the urge to keep their posters moody and minimal? “LET’S PUT ALL THE STARS ON IT!!! … MORE!… BIGGER!!!!!..”

I don’t know who mashed it up but it wasn’t Searchlight. This is NOT the US DAYWATCH poster. This is not any poster Searchlight released.
NO this is not the NA poster! This is horrible… the real version was printed, sent to theatres weeks ago and it does not feature the complete cast of characters like this one does.
I actually like the first poster they’ve got over there the best. It also happens to be the poster that they’re using for the Canadian release or at least, the one the theater posted for the current screenings.
