I need to see if wiki still has the info SO wrong. The movie has nothing to do with the Yangtze River, the "homeless boy" is his son, and the aliens aren't "desperate" to get the "device" back. It isn't a toy either. It is a creature. If you haven't seen it, do so. Watch it first sub-titled, then, if you want, dubbed, but it looses a lot in translation. Sub-titled is better, unless you speak Mandarin Chinese. Wow. I need to see if wiki still has the info SO wrong. Dunno where they got "The Hope" from though.....
